Belcanto Restaurant has opened at the Dubai Opera

Fine-dining concept Belcanto has opened its doors on the rooftop of the Dubai Opera.
The restaurant offers authentic Italian gastronomic with a line-up of international chefs heading up Belcanto’s culinary team. The superlative menu called Libretto is inspired by the text of musical works in an opera.
Orchestrated by brand chef Giacomo Lombardi, the signature dishes are authentic and refined with modernity. The menu offers a variety of pizzas created by the world champion of Neapolitan Pizza, chef Vincenzo Palermo.
To end the dining experience, executive pastry chef Anthony Falcone brings his expertise from a variety of Michelin-starred restaurants, creating a diverse selection of world-class pastries including his signature crafts like primavera alla fragola and eclaire foresta nera.
Elevating the culinary offering, sommelier Nicola Panelli offers a unique pairing through an expertly curated menu. The Belcanto experience offers a beverage programme led by Mikhail Melnik, an award-winning head bartender from The World’s 50 Best Bars for five consecutive years. Belcanto’s beverage menu complements its cuisine with complex and elevated libations, including the signature Creole Swizzle, Milk Basil Smash and Emilia Romagna’s Old Fashioned.

Design by Paul Bishop, Belcanto offers European styling and aesthetics that build on the restaurant’s European flair. The restaurant’s monochromatic palettes include wood, emerald greens, red cordovan hues, heavy velvets, and a striking crystal chandelier.
Located on the rooftop of Dubai Opera, Belcanto is now open every night, weekdays from 6pm to 12.30am and weekends from 6pm to 1.30am.
