New Belcanto Restaurant in Dubai Opera

A new Italian restaurant Belcanto opened its doors on the top floor of the Dubai Opera House. The restaurant was opened by Moscow entrepreneur Alexey Vasilchuk, known for such projects as Chaikhona by Vasilchuki, Depo, Ruski, Birds Moscow and Birds Bodrum.
Stylish interior, art projections on the walls, live performances of Italian quartet and specialties of Italian cuisine by chef Giacomo Lombardi are waiting for the guests. The chef-bartender is Mikhail Melnik, known for his work in the best bars of the world.
The popular designer Paul Bishop worked on the form of the interior, using such materials as wood, leather, and heavy velvet. Large crystal chandeliers over the bar and spectacular columns create an atmosphere of classic theater.
There are specialties and specialties for all the guests: burrata Belcanto on a bed of puff pastry with tomato jam, chitarrina with lobster (burnt wheat pasta with lobster sauce), octopus stuffed with seafood, brescia chicken with morel sauce and many others.
Desserts such as Strawberry Primavera and black eclairs are created at the restaurant by pastry chef Anthony Falcone, who has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. Guests are also welcomed by a huge wine collection, for which the sommelier Nicola Panelli is in charge.
Belcanto is open every evening from 6 p.m. to midnight.
